Over 80,000 square feet of brownstones on the edge of philadelphia renovated into mixed-use residential and commercial property. This full city block includes 2 townhouses, one dating back to the late 1800′s and one recently built, converted into 4 apartments with adjacent parking spaces, as well as a 6 story converted warehouse. The buildings were in a state of disrepair after long periods of vacancy and the scope of the work included a full gut renovation requiring updating of all systems in the building, repairing of failure in the structural systems, as well as bringing the buildings up to code.
